Privacy

Your images stay on your device.

Image Well Done is designed so supported image-processing tasks run locally in your browser instead of sending your files to an image-processing server.

Image files

For the core tools, selected image bytes are decoded and processed in the browser tab on your device. We do not intentionally upload those image bytes to our servers, Cloudflare R2, a database, or a hidden server-side fallback.

Metadata

EXIF and other metadata inspected by privacy tools is read locally. We do not intentionally transmit metadata values such as GPS coordinates, camera identifiers, filenames or capture details to an analytics service.

Practical limits

Local processing is limited by browser support, available memory, CPU/GPU resources and file complexity. When a format is unsupported locally, the product should report the limitation rather than silently upload the file.

Infrastructure

The website itself is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Standard web infrastructure may receive ordinary request information needed to deliver the site, such as IP-derived network data and HTTP request metadata. This is separate from uploading image contents for processing.

Analytics and advertising

Image Well Done may add privacy-conscious analytics or advertising in the future. Any such integration must not include user image bytes, EXIF contents, GPS information or other private image payloads in tracked events.

Changes

This page will be updated when the product adds material data-handling behavior. The privacy architecture for the core image tools remains local processing by default.
